You must attend Follow-ups to keep charting and instruction materials. If you decide not to pursue Follow-ups, materials must be returned. If returned in good condition , you will be refunded for the materials returned minus a $10 handling fee. Active* clients are current in their Follow-up Schedule. After the first year they see their Certified FertilityCare Practitioner at minimum once every 6 months.
All Follow-up payments are non-refundable and prepaid Follow-up appointments never expire.
